Experience and Trust Built Over 30 Years
Forplas was founded in the early 1990s as a small-scale operation in PVC granule production. By closely following the needs of the industry and investing in quality and technology, the company quickly became one of the industry’s trusted suppliers.
Today, at our modern 7,500 m² facility in the Dilovası district of Kocaeli, we produce our PVC and HFFR compounds at a capacity of 5 tons per hour and export to more than 35 countries. Being home to Turkey’s first and only ISO 17025-accredited PVC laboratory is concrete proof of our commitment to quality.
A 25-Year Success Story
Founding & First Export
Forplas Plastik began operations in PVC granule production. In its founding year, the first export step was taken, laying the foundations for a global vision.
First ISO 9001 Certification
The quality management system was certified to ISO 9001, laying the foundations of our corporate quality approach.
Laboratory Established
An integrated laboratory was established to support production processes, bringing testing and analysis capacity in-house.
RoHS-Compliant Production
All production processes were brought into compliance with the RoHS directive, strengthening our competitiveness in the European market.
New Factory & REACH Compliance
A new REACH-compliant production facility went into operation, marking a major transformation through investment in capacity and technology.
ISO 14001 & Production Line Investment
The environmental management system was certified to ISO 14001, and capacity was significantly increased with a new production line investment.
Exports to 4 Continents, 30+ Countries
Our export network reached 4 continents and more than 30 countries, cementing Forplas's identity as a global supplier.
Second Production Line
A second production line, equipped with advanced technology, was completed, bringing hourly production capacity to 5 tons.
ISO 45001 Integration
The occupational health and safety management system was integrated with ISO 45001, making employee safety an integral part of every process.
ISO 17025 Accreditation
Forplas earned the title of Turkey's first and only ISO 17025-accredited PVC laboratory, accredited by TÜRKAK.
ISO 13485 Medical Certification
Our expertise in the medical sector was formally recognized with ISO 13485 medical device quality management system certification.
Factory Expansion
Our existing facility was expanded to 7,500 m², with warehouse, production, and logistics infrastructure modernized.
İKMİB Export Achievement Award
Forplas was honored with an award in the Polymer Compound Exports category by the Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters' Association (İKMİB).
Completion of HFFR Compound Investment
With the completion of our HFFR compound investment, we began serving customers in this area alongside PVC granules, expanding our product range and production diversity.
Participation in Wire & Tube Düsseldorf 2026
Forplas took part in Wire & Tube Düsseldorf, the leading trade fair for the wire, cable, and pipe industry, strengthening its global supplier network.
